Paolo Marguglio: why I created KAEVO

I am Paolo Marguglio, the creator of KAEVO and the author of its books. KAEVO began with a need to pause, look at my habits and choose where to start again.

Why I started

Stress, a lack of balance and periods of inactivity led me to question how I was spending my days. I wanted to make room for reflection and find a more concrete way to turn intentions into everyday actions.

That experience led me to write and share an approach. KAEVO brings this work together through an editorial method, books and practical tools for everyday life.

A promise that fits into your life

The thread running through the project is simple: choose a promise that matters to you and turn it into a manageable action. When something interrupts your routine, you can look at what happened and adjust your next step.

KEEP, ADVANCE, EVOLVE, VALUE and OWN are the five words of the KAEVO method. They express a commitment to keeping your promise, moving forward, adapting, valuing consistency and making the journey your own.

Why books

RESET explores habits, wellbeing and small everyday adjustments. 21 — ONE focuses on a single promise through a narrative and practical journey. IT BEGINS WITH ME offers a guided space for writing over 60 days, in the morning and evening.

Each book can be approached independently. Read the descriptions and explore the available previews before choosing. My work is editorial and educational: it does not promise guaranteed results or provide personalised healthcare programmes.
